Engineers will be undertaking emergency maintenance on an access router serving customers in the Carnac Lodge datacentre between 00:01 and 04:00 on 31/01/2009 in order to prevent a potential service affecting issue.

All customers directly affected by this maintenance will be contacted by their account manager.

Engineers will be undertaking planned maintenance on our core network in London on 04/02/2009 from 23:00.

This work is part of a planned programme to bring enhanced services and significant extra resillience to our IP transit customers in the Docklands area.

This second phase of works will affect customers in Telecity Sovereign House. Subsequent phases will affect customers in Telecity Harbour Exchange and Meridian Gate.

NewNet engineers will be undertaking planned maintenance on the access switches downstream of the delme1 router on 04/02/2009 from 00:01.

All customers directly affected by these works have been contacted with further details.

NewNet are currently experiencing issues with their IP Telephony service. Engineers are investigating and will return service as soon as possible.
