NewNet have experienced a failure on a router terminating IPStream broadband circuits. Engineers are currently investigating.

    This router has been rebooted to restore service. The majority of users have now reconnected; customer routers should be rebooted if service still cannot be obtained.

  2. NAM says:

    Update to cause of issue - the router suffered a kernel panic and initiated an automatic reboot. The system is now stable, however engineers will continue to monitor the position.
