RESOLVED: A software issue caused a conflict on the server which has now been resolved following a software update.
One of our Voice Over IP Servers has just been recovered from a service outage which would have affected all customers hosted on this server.
The cause of this issue has not yet been identified but your engineering team are working on this issue.
RESOLVED: lon-pbx-12 was rebooted and a software patch applied which has resolved the issue
We are currently experiencing an issue with one of the VoIP servers (lon-pbx-12.newnetvoip.co.uk) which is not responding.
Our engineers are currently working towards resolving this issue.

NewNet engineers will be undertaking maintenance work on the Powerhost shared MySQL server ‘mysql1.ukisp.com’. This work will involve upgrading software to provide greater stability and reliability. Expected outage of this service is 30-60 minutes. This work will affect all websites on Powerhost that use a MySQL database backend.
Work will also be carried out on ADSL Mail server ‘mail1.adsl.newnet.co.uk’ to improve performance, which will result in the service being offline for the duration. This will affect all users with a “mail1.co.uk” e-mail address. This service is expected to be offline for no more than 1 hour, but is considered at risk throughput the whole maintenance window.
Notice of emergency maintenance work on mysql1.ukisp.com, scheduled for 10/06/09, 23:00 - 11/06/09, 01:00
NewNet engineers will be undertaking emergency maintenance on shared Powerhost MySQL server ‘mysql1.ukisp.com’.
This work is being carried out in light of the recent issues with this server, to prevent further occurences. All Powerhost websites that make use of a MySQL database will be affected by this work. The service is considered ‘at risk’ throughout the whole maintenance window.
Powerhost servers unix7 and mysql1 are experiencing high loads which are causing issues with services on the boxes currently. It is being investigated.
