NewNet would like to inform its customers that due to software updates to the Anti Spam and Anti Virus software, there will be intermittent access to the NewNet hosted Exchange services between 06:30 to 07:00 on Saturday 18th July.

We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Engineers are working to resolve an issue affecting the ADSL bandwidth statistics shown in the orderforms portal.

Data in the portal will not update while this work is undertaken. Data continues to be captured and will be updated in the portal as soon as work is complete.

Notice of planned maintenance for Monday 13th July, 2009 - 22:00 - 01:00

NewNet engineers will be undertaking planned hardware maintenance on the Powerhost shared web server ‘windows3.ukisp.com’. The server will be out of service for no more than 30 minutes throughout this work.

Work will also be undertaken on shared ADSL mail server ‘mail1.adsl.newnet.co.uk’ to improve the performance of this service.  Services on this server may be offline for up to 1.5 hours, but is considered ‘at risk’ throughout the whole maintenance window.
