LLU Network - 08/09/2009

NewNet are currently experiencing technical issues with the LLU network, this is currently affecting the majority of, but not all LLU customers. NewNet engineers are investigating and will bring the service back on-line as soon as possible.

IPstream rebalancing

COMPLETED: The rebalance has now been completed. If you are experiencing any issues then please reboot your router, as this will generally solve the issue.

Notice of emergency maintenance work scheduled for 7/09/2009 05:30 am - 7/09/2009 06:30 am

NewNet engineers will be undertaking emergency maintenance to re-balance our BT centrals into the IPStream network tomorrow morning from 05:30 am.

Customers with DSL services via IPStream will see their sessions drop.

Most routers will reconnect automatically within 10 minutes; please reboot your router if it does not.

IPStream ADSL Issues

NewNet are currently experincing issues with one of our IPstream tunnels to the BT network, and is causing a loss of service for some customers.

Engineers are currently working to resolve this issue.

Hosted Exchange planned maintenance - 12/09/2009

Scheduled maintenance is planned for our Hosted Exchange services between 06:30 to 08:00 on Saturday 12th September. During this time, there will be intermittent access to the service.
