NewNet Voice Over IP issues

RESOLVED: We have been informed that the PSTN gateway is now back on-line and we have made test calls using the service. If any customer is still having issues please contact our Support Team on 01329 226723 or e-Mail voip@newnet.co.uk

One of our primary gateway PSTN providers has suffered a server failure and some of our VoIP customers may be experience loss of service while this service is migrated to an alternate route and the service is brought back on-line.

PowerHost mysql1 Issues

Engineers are investigating an issue with the PowerHost mysql1 database server. This server is currently offline while emergency maintenance is undertaken.

Emergency Maintaince BT IP Stream Broadband

Newnet engineers are performing emergency maintenance to rebalance the tunnels for IP stream customers.

If you have any problems re connecting then please power cycle your router.

Portsmouth North Exchange

RESOLVED: Service was restored at 22:30, 20th October

Newnet are currently experiencing a power loss in the Portsmouth North Exchange, due to a severed power cable.  Our suppliers are currently working to resolve this issue.

This is affecting all circuits that terminate in the portsmouth North (North End) Exchange.

IPStream rebalancing

NewNet will be undertaking a rebalance of IPStream broadband sessions on 09/10/2009 at 06:00. All sessions will drop and should reconnect automatically. If you have any issues please reboot your broadband router.
