Severe Weather Warning - Broadband areas - Update

The declaration that was placed from 17.00 on Tuesday 17th November 2009 now only applies to faults caused by the severe weather in the affected areas.

The MBORC has been lifted from the following areas with effect from 12.00 midday on 27th November 2009.

SALISBURY, BOURNEMOUTH, TAUNTON, PLYMOUTH, CANTERBURY, TUNBRIDGE WELLS, BRIGHTON, PORTSMOUTH, ISLE OF WIGHT, CHELMSFORD.

The MBORC is still in place for the following areas:

EXETER, TRURO, NORTH WALES, WEST WALES

This declaration will be lifted as soon as the weather-related fault volume returns to normal.

    This declaration has now been ceased as of 4th December 2009 and all areas affected have now been restored to normal service.
