Hosted Exchange Maintenance - 21/07/2010

NewNet would like to inform Hosted Exchange customers that their will be scheduled maintenance for the archive service between 22:00 to 00:00 on Wednesday 21st July.

During this time, there will be intermittent access to our archive service.

We would like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Planned maintenance on Powerhost Control Panel - 13/07/10 22:00 - 13/07/10 23:00

NewNet engineers will be performing software updates to the Powerhost Control Panel (cp1.ukisp.com).
The service will be unavailable during the maintenance window. No Powerhost users will be able to make changes to their
accounts through the control panel at this time.

Expected downtime is only 15-30 minutes.

Broadband Maintenance - 15/07/2010 05:00 - 07:00

NewNet engineers will be undertaking software updates to the broadband platform on 15/07/2010 at 05:00. As part of these works, IPStream and WBC sessions will drop but should automatically reconnect.

LLU customers will not be affected by this work.

Delme Place Access Network

A potential issue with VLAN propogation has been identified on the access network in the Delme Place facility and engineers will be undertaking emergency corrective maintenance on 08/07/2010 between 00:01 and 04:00.

No impact to customer service is anticipated as a result of these works, however services should be considered to be at risk during the maintenance window.

Emergency hardware maintenance on Powerhost Mail3 - 05/07/10 22:30 - 06/07/10 00:30

NewNet engineers will be undertaking work to replace and upgrade failing hardware on Powerhost mail server ‘mail3.ukisp.com’.
All mail services hosted on this server will be offline throughout this essential maintenance work.

This server is expected to be offline for no more than 1 hour whilst this work is performed, however should be considered ‘at risk’ throughout the whole maintenance window.
