COMPLETED: This period of software for the PowerHost Windows Server was completed just before 3am on Friday 3rd September 2010 without any incident. Any customers experiencing issues with there PowerHost service should contact the NewNet support team in the normal way.
NewNet engineers will be carrying out software upgrades to the PowerHost Windows platform between 0001hrs and 0400hrs on Friday 3rd September 2010. However, the expected period that these services will be off-line is approximately 1 to 2 hours.
Access to the PowerHost Windows servers will be limited during this period.
NewNet engineers will return the servers to service as soon as the software updates have been completed.
