LLU Exchange work

Openreach will be conducting maintenance in the Portsmouth Central and Portsmouth Northend exchanges on Thursday 16th September 2010 during working hours. The work being conducted is to swap out back up batteries, the work being carried out is non service affecting. However, it will be classed as an “at Risk” maintenance window.

Broadband Bandwidth Summary

Users may notice some usage is either not visible or incorrectly allocated to their usage summary at present.  Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. Newnet engineers are working on the issue and all usage will be correctly reflected on users account summary as soon as possible. Server House, Delme Data Centre - Generator Maintenance

Completed 12.46 - 8th September 2010

We have been informed by Server House that the generator that services the Delme Data Centre has developed a cooling issue and emergency maintenance has been booked for 9.00am on Wednesday 8th September 2010, the maintenance period is yet to be confirmed.

During the maintenance period the generator will be offline and therefore the power supply to the data centre should be classed as “at Risk”

Hosted Exchange Maintenance - 13/09/2010
