Emergency maintenance - Primary LNS upgrade
Thursday, October 28th, 2010Newnet would like to advise all Newnet DSL (IPSC, WBC, LLU) customers that due to an essential maintenance, users of this service will experience a short outage between 0001 and 0400 on the 29th October 2010.
All downtime will be minimised as much as possible, however if you experience any issues with your connectivity following this period, please reboot your router as a matter of course.
If your connection does not recover following this, please contact the Support desk on 01329 226723 between 8am-8pm for further investigation and resolution. We would also like to apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
