BT have notified NewNet that they will be conducting a major hardware upgrade on Broadband Nodes in the London Stepney Green area between 23.00 and 07.00 on 14/15th October 2010. The nature of the work will affect all NewNet IP Stream / WBC broadband services, LLU services will not be affected.

It is likely that all IP Stream / WBC broadband services will drop during this period while the upgrade is carried out. Service should automatically resume once the connection comes back. If your service does not resume automatically, please disconnect your session and reconnect. If you experience any difficulty in connecting again, please contact the NewNet helpdesk.
