BT Scheduled maintenance: 04/1/2011 - 10/1/2011

BT Wholesale have notified NewNet that there will be planned engineering work carried out on the BT network during the following periods;

Tuesday 4th January 2011 - 00:00 to 06:00
Wednesday 5th January 2011 - 00:00 - 06:00
Thursday 6th January 2011 - 00:00 - 06:00
Monday 10th January 2011 - 00:00 - 06:00
During these periods, there may be an outage of approximately 20 minutes for a small number of customers. LLU services will not be affected.

Service should automatically resume once the connection comes back. If your service does not resume automatically, please disconnect your session and reconnect. If you experience any difficulty in connecting again, please contact NewNet Support (support.newnet.co.uk or 01329 226723) at the earliest opportunity.

NewNet apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

January 2011 Domain Name Renewals - resolved 18.00

An email has been sent to customers today for Januarys Domain name renewals, unfortuntaely their has been a problem with the ordering system and may not be available to all customers to renew their domains. This is currently being looked at by our development team and will be corrected as soon as possible. NewNet apoplogises for any inconvenience and will be resuming service on domain renewals shortly.
