Planned maintenance 1/6/2011 0000-0400hrs

Newnet wishes to advise allĀ  users of planned maintenance occurring tomorrow morning 1st June 2011 from 0000-0400hrs. All users will experience one very brief outage during this window. Connectivity in Guildford

Newnet wishes to advise customers connected to Guildford exchange of an issue affecting all connectivity in this area. Engineers are investigating the issue as a matter of urgency, and there will be further updates as soon as possible. Core Network scheduled maintenance 1/6/2011 0000-0400hrs

Newnet would like to inform customers of planned scheduled maintenance occurring on the core network between 0000-0400hrs on Wednesay 1st June. This is occurring to update software on the network, however no outages are expected to any services during this maintenance window.

Powerhost unix4

Newnet is currently investigating an issue with 1 server on our Powerhost platform, unix4. All sites hosted on this server will currently be offline. Newnet apologises for the inconvenience and is working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. Broadband outage Thursday 19th May

Newnet would like to inform broadband users of a network issue early this morning which affected connectivity just after midnight. This resulted in a short outage for 21cn and Newnet Direct LLU users of approx 10mins while traffic was redirected. 20cn dsl users will have experienced a longer outage of approx 1hr while emergency maintenance was conducted to restore service.
