Newnet wish to advise customers of a service outage on the BT network affecting broadband lines in the Plymouth area. Notablly circuits in the PL4 postcode area lost connection at approx 1445hrs this afternoon. We have also confirmed other internet service providers services are also affected by this outage.
The Newnet service desk has followed up this matter with the BT incident team and it is linked to a problem with the Bristol BRAS with 3 nodes affected.
