Timico group core network maintenance 19.7.2011 0000-0400hrs

Newnet wish to advise customers of Wholesale ethernet and Voip services that Timico group will be conducting resiliency testing on the core network infrastructure. The maintenance window for this testing is scheduled for 19th July between 0000-0400hrs.

Newnet customers on the Wholesale Ethernet and some Voip services should expect no interruption to service during this window. However service should be considered “at risk” during this period.

Planned Network Maintenance 12th July 2011 00:01 - 04:00hrs

Newnet wish to inform customers of planned network maintenance occurring on Tuesday 12th July between 00:01 - 04:00hrs.  Maintenance is being undertaken to carry out network routing upgrades, to improve performance and increase network functionality.  This maintenance will result in a short outage to some customers during this window. Those customers affected will be informed by the Newnet service team prior to the maintenance, however service for these customers should be considered “at risk” throughout the maintenance window.
