Newnet wish to inform customers of planned network maintenance occurring on Tuesday 9th August between 00:01-04:00hrs. Maintenance is being undertaken to carry out network routing upgrades to improve performance and increase network functionality. The maintenance will result in a short outage to NES customers in the Fareham area during this window, however service for these customers should be considered “at risk” throughout the maintenance. Those customers affected have been informed by the Newnet service team directly

Newnet wishes to advise customers on our powerhost platform of an outage on one of the unix servers within the platform. All accounts on this server will be affected, however please note all other services on the platform are unaffected and any accounts on any other servers will be operating normally.  Engineers are investigating and we hope to restore service shortly.
