Update 1515 - We now believe this issue to be resolved and all services are functioning normally. Any DSL or leased line customers still experiencing issues should reboot their router. If issues persist please contact Newnet by emailing email@example.com, or via your normal contact methods.
Newnet engineers have now identified the cause of the issues and an RFO is in the process of being created. Any customers who would like a copy should contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide this when available.
