Network issues

Newnet would like to advise customers that we are currently seeing an issue with our connectivity. We believe that this is affecting multiple ISP’s at present.

Our engineers are working on the issue at present and further updates will be provided when available.

Newnet would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

UPDATE 1700 - Newnet wish to advise that all customer services have now recovered, and the problem was indeed located outside our network. Our engineers are continuing to monitor all systems to ensure their stability, and further updates will be provided when available.

UPDATE 1815 - Following extensive monitoring we are happy that the network problems on the LINX (London internet exchange) are now resolved and hence we have re-established connections to this network without incident.
