VoIP platform maintenance
Newnet wish to advise customers of essential maintenance occurring on our VoIP platforms. Maintenance on the “Hosted seat” platform will occur between 10pm and 6am the following day on these dates:
Tuesday 15th May
Wednesday 16th May
Thursday 17th May
Monday 21st May
During these periods customers should not experience any disruption to services, with the exception that if you use our Meet Me Now web collaboration and conferencing services or Music on Hold, these services will not be available during the night of the 21st/22nd May.
Customers should also be aware that during the maintenance windows, Personal Agent routing should not be amended as any new changes could be lost during the engineering work.
We will also be performing maintenance on the SIP services between 10pm and 6am on Tuesday 15th May, however customers should not see any disruption to these services.

Please note that maintenance occurring between 2000-18/05/12 until 0600-19/05/12 has now been scheduled to take place. Customers should not see any impact on services however PA routing changes should not be amended as any changes may be lost.
