Customers are advised to consider the platform “at risk” throughout the entire maintenance window.

If you have any queries as to how you may be affected by this, please contact our technical support team by e-mailing support@newnet.co.uk, or calling on either 0844 8549289 or 01329 226723.

NewNet wish to advise customers of essential network upgrades occurring between 20th February 2200hrs - 21st February 0400hrs. All ADSL and SDSL customers will see a drops in connection during this period. If customers notice that their connection does not recover after the maintenance window then a router reboot will restore service. If a router reboot does not restore the service then please contact Newnet technical support for further assistance.
