NewNet wish to advise customers of planned maintenance occurring on the orderform.co.uk customer login area, between 7am and 8am on Thursday 23rd May 2013.

Customers will be unable to login to the system during this time, however all other processes will remain unaffected.

NewNet wish to advise customers that we will be continuing emergency maintenance on the PowerHost mail4 server between 2200 and 2359 on Wednesday 15th May. This follows on from works completed on Tuesday the 14th May.

Customers who have mail accounts on the mail4 server will be unable to collect email during this period. Any emails sent to mailboxes on these servers may be delayed, however in most cases the email will be available the following morning.
