Powerhost mail5 - service issue
Friday, January 27th, 2012NewNet are aware of a service issue with one of the mail servers on the Powerhost platform. This will be resulting in mail service interruption for some users on the Powerhost service. NewNet engineers are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and further updates will be provided when available. In the meantime NewNet apologise for any inconvenience caused. Any users affected and wishing to discuss the matter further should contact the Technical service desk on 0844 8549289.
Update 11.30am: This issue has now been resolved with full email service restored. NewNet apologise again for any inconvenience this outage has caused.
