NewNet wish to advise customers of an ongoing issue affecting our PowerHost platform. A number of customers have reported missing DNS records, affecting the ability to receive emails and browse to affected websites.
Our engineers are currently working on this issue and further updates will be provided when available.
UPDATE 1830 - Unfortunately our engineers have not resolved this incident at present however we are continuing to work towards a resolution as soon as possible.
UPDATE 2000 - Our engineers have now resolved this issue, however we continue to investigate the root cause of the problem.
