<p>Newnet wish to apologies for any inconvenience caused.</p>
<p>UPDATE 1315 - We are now seeing some lines recover, however our engineers are still investigating the root cause of the issue. Further updates will be provided when available.</p>
<p>UPDATE 1336 - Unfortunately we are still seeing issues with LLU lines, which we are continuing to investigate, however most BT lines have now recovered. Non LLU customers who are still experiencing issues should reboot their routers.</p>
<p>UPDATE 1345 - It appears that LLU services are still affected at present, and hence our engineers are continuing to investigate the issue.</p>
<p>UPDATE 1410 - We believe that the LLU services are now resolved, and hence any customers still experiencing issues should reboot their routers. If problems persist please call the Technical support team on 01329 226 723.</p>
<p>UPDATE 1810 - Maintenance was performed today to resolve the cause of this issue, and following monitoring we now believe this to be resolved.</p>

<p>During these periods customers should not experience any disruption to services, with the exception that if you use our Meet Me Now web collaboration and conferencing services or Music on Hold, these services will not be available during the night of the 21st/22nd May.</p>
<p>Customers should also be aware that during the maintenance windows, Personal Agent routing should not be amended as any new changes could be lost during the engineering work.</p>
<p>We will also be performing maintenance on the SIP services between 10pm and 6am on Tuesday 15th May, however customers should not see any disruption to these services.</p>

<p>After the maintenance all customer routers should renegotiate automatically, however any connections that do not recover may require a router reboot.</p>

<p>Update 1445 - All circuits now appear to have recovered, however any customers still experiencing issues should reboot their router in the first instance. If this does not restore connectivity please contact the support desk on 01329 226 723.</p>
<p>We are still investigating the root cause, however this appears to be related to our connection to BT and hence we have engaged BT to investigate.</p>
<p>Update 1900 - Unfortunately BT have not been able to identify the cause of today&#8217;s issues yet, however their investigations are continuing. We are continuing to closely monitor all services at present, and further updates will be provided when available.</p>
<p><strong>BT and Newnet engineers have now identified the cause of the issues and an RFO is in the process of being created. Any customers who would like a copy should contact support@newnet.co.uk and we will provide this when available.</strong></p>
